Creator Terms

Version 2026-07-24 · These are the terms you accept when you apply to the SugarCoachAI partner programme.
  1. Your content stays yours. You keep full ownership and copyright of everything you make. Nothing here signs your work over to us.
  2. What you let us do with it. You grant SugarCoachAI (EVEEVO LIMITED) a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, copy, edit, clip, caption, repost and distribute any content you publish that features SugarCoachAI, our product, or your partner code — on our own accounts and website, and as paid advertising (including Spark Ads and whitelisted ads).
  3. Your name and handle. We can show your handle, name and likeness as they appear in that content, for the same purposes. We credit you wherever the format allows.
  4. Revenue — stated plainly.
    • You keep everything you earn on your own accounts — platform payouts (TikTok Rewards, YouTube Partner, Instagram bonuses), your other brand deals, and your SugarCoachAI commission.
    • We keep any revenue generated on SugarCoachAI's own accounts, website and paid ads — including platform monetisation on our accounts and sales from ads we fund and run.
    • Your commission — £10 when a member subscribes to the yearly plan, or £1 for each month a monthly member stays subscribed, up to 10 months (£10) — is your full compensation under these terms, including for the licence in point 2. No extra payment is due for reposts or ads.
  5. What you promise us. The content is yours to license, it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights, any music, footage or images are cleared for commercial use, and it follows the rules of the platform you post on.
  6. Honest claims only. SugarCoachAI is a wellness and coaching product — not a medical device or treatment. Please don't say it diagnoses, treats, cures or reverses any condition (including diabetes), or promise medical results such as lowering HbA1c. Share your own experience instead.
  7. Not medical advice. SugarCoachAI gives general wellness, nutrition and habit information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a medical device. It doesn't replace a doctor, dietitian or pharmacist, and nobody should start, stop or change any medication because of it. Members with a health condition should speak to a qualified professional. Please make sure your posts reflect that.
  8. You're responsible for what you post. You alone are responsible for your content and any claims in it. If something you say leads to a complaint, a regulator's action, a platform penalty or a third-party claim, you agree to cover us for the reasonable costs, losses and legal fees that result from it. We're not liable for content you create or publish.
  9. No guarantees. We don't promise any particular health outcome for members, or any particular earnings for you. Commission depends entirely on genuine, completed paid signups — and we may withhold commission from signups that turn out to be fraudulent, self-referred or refunded.
  10. Liability. Nothing here excludes liability that can't legally be excluded (such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Beyond that, neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the commission we owe you.
  11. Label the partnership. Paid or incentivised posts must be clearly disclosed (#ad / "paid partnership"), as the ASA (UK), FTC (US) and the platforms require.
  12. Ending it. Either of us can end the partnership at any time, in writing. Commission you've already earned is still paid. The licence in point 2 continues for content already published or already running in a campaign, so live ads don't suddenly break.
  13. Independent partner. You're not an employee, and you look after your own tax.
  14. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
